Our Classes

Here at Behan Jiu jitsu we aim to have a class that suits everyone from beginner to seasoned grappler. We offer, gi, no gi, wrestling, muay thai, mma and women only classes. We also offer a awesome kids bjj and muay thai program. So there really is something for the whole family!
