This class focuses on key body movements and grassroots techniques to build your foundation and confidence. 👉 All Levels Class (Mon & Wed, 5:45–7:00pm) Ready to keep progressing? Our All Levels classes dive into more advanced techniques and strategies, while still being beginner-friendly. You’ll always have a coach guiding you step by step, plus a team of experienced coloured belts to support you along the way.
