Muay Thai classes are available here at Behan Jiu Jitsu under head coach Will. Will has been training Muay Thai since he was 18, and has trained extensively in Japan for over 10 years. So if you have ever wondered about taking a striking class, this is the one for you! These classes focus on striking, foot work, fitness and gaining confidence on your feet through drilling and sparing. See our timetable for Session Times.
