Starting Jiu Jitsu can feel like a big step, that’s why we run White Belt Only classes to give brand new students the perfect launchpad. These sessions focus on good fundamentals from day one: key body movements, grassroots techniques, and the confidence you need before stepping into our All Levels program. There’s no sparring or rolling in these classes. Instead, we build the skills that prepare you for when you’re ready to test yourself alongside the team. 👉 Class Times Tuesday 6:30pm (Gi) Thursday 6:30pm (No Gi) Whether your goal is fitness, self-defence, or chasing a black belt, this is the best way to start your journey.
