Blue Belt Allocation This booking secures a blue belt position in our Small Group Development block — a structured, two-session program designed to give your training clear direction, purpose, and accountability. Each block includes two coached sessions, two weeks apart: Session 1: Game development, problem identification, and strategic focus. We identify strengths, target key gaps, and set clear technical and positional goals to guide your training. Session 2: Review, refinement, and pressure-testing of applied concepts. We assess what worked, adjust what didn’t, and reset your next phase of development. Between sessions, athletes are expected to train independently and apply the concepts discussed. Blue belts play a key role in this environment by providing realistic resistance, feedback, and accountability for developing athletes — while also sharpening their own decision-making, leadership, and ability to apply strategy under pressure. Limited to 3 blue belts per block. Please book only if this matches your current belt level.
